Digital + website observations for PlanITROI

Executive Summary

PlanITROI has real assets to work with: 25 years in business, ten recognized industry certifications, a named executive team with public LinkedIn profiles, and client testimonials from GlaxoSmithKline and Acer.

But the site itself is actively working against that credibility. A live Google site: search shows roughly 100+ pages still sitting in Google's index...

...but my site audit tool, which scores whether pages currently pass the technical checks needed to sustain or regain indexing, marked just 1 of 245 crawled pages as indexable.

Read together, based on my experience, PlanITROI is coasting on years-old indexing while its current foundation is failing the checks that would sustain it. Especially moving forward in today's LLM world.

Google has not caught up to the damage yet. It will.

During this review, an outdated duplicate homepage was found still live under the title "Home-older" (and still showing up in search results today), the About Us page title tag reads "About Us New," no page checked has a meta description, and the headquarters address is stated two different ways depending on which page you land on.

The most urgent fix, by a wide margin, is the technical foundation behind indexability: without it, the legacy index equity this site is currently living on will keep eroding.

TL;DR

The good

25 years in business, ten industry certifications, a visible executive team, and brand-name proof from GlaxoSmithKline and Acer. The raw credibility is already here.

The bad

The site is undercutting that trust. Titles are sloppy, meta descriptions are missing, and even the headquarters address shows up two different ways.

The ugly

Search can barely index the site. Out of 245 pages crawled, 366 critical errors showed up. The technical foundation is failing the checks that would sustain it.

Extremely Critical

  • Nothing on the site is currently built for featured snippets nor structured answers

  • Indexability issues affect 87% of the 245 crawled pages

  • Title tag, meta descriptions, URL structure, internal linking fixes require a lot of work

Critical

  • Conflicting company details, weak alt text, and links that point users and crawlers into redirects

  • Build out What We Do and Certifications with real explanatory copy instead of link lists and bare logos

  • Repair the 130+ pages linking to 3xx redirects

  • Add descriptive anchor text to the 206 pages currently missing it

Somewhat Critical

  • Address "thinness" and lack of depth of key pages (larger content marketing plan required)

  • Develop and publish an FAQ schema

  • Develop Blog content plan and execute content development
